Zonda has announced the rebranding and expansion of recently acquired Canadian housing listing platform BuzzBuzzHome to Livabl.
This move underscores Zonda’s journey to advance the digitization of the home buying process by providing home builders with free comprehensive online offers. The rebranding transition is expected to be completed later this year.
“We have been blown away by the success of this platform and the response to the unique value proposition it offers to our customers,” said Jeff Meyers, CEO of Zonda. “The development into Livabl reflects this success, this growth and the development of the brand. The new identity will help align and expand the Livabl platform and drive our commitment to this space for builders.”
Available across North America, Livabl offers buyers the ability to browse and view new homes without having to be on site, removing physical barriers and streamlining the buying process for both the builder and buyer.
Complementary earlier this year, Zonda acquired Alpha Vision, a technology provider of interactive floor plans, digital floor plans, 3D and virtual reality house renderings, and sales software for the home construction and real estate industries. Together, these acquisitions and services advance Zonda’s vision to lead the digital home buying revolution.
“We are excited about this opportunity to establish the Livabl brand and continue to pursue our mission – advancing the housing industry and building stronger communities,” added Meyers.
