PropertyHeads, a platform that calls itself a social network for home buyers and sellers, has a new PropTech partnership.

It is linked to CoreLogic, a global provider of real estate information, analytics and data-driven solutions.

This new partnership will allow agents who are members of PropertyHeads to have direct access to CoreLogic’s property marketing services.

PropertyHeads has more than 10,000 registered agents and other property-related companies on its platform and 700,000 active users.

It claims it combines elements normally associated with LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and real estate portals to create a hub of information, content, and interactions for all real estate issues.

His model challenges traditional real estate portals by bringing consumers, brokers and property-related businesses together on a single social platform with information on 30 million households across the UK.

The platform also enables the creation of individual user profiles based on property preferences or market interests and facilitates social networking between all connected parties.

Broker members can now advertise properties for sale and rental free of charge on PropertyHeads and the sister portal Mouseprice.

PropertyHeads calls this new association with CoreLogic the first step in a broader collaboration that will include many new innovative solutions for brands and services aimed at home improvement and home improvement to be announced in the future.
