Brazilian soccer legend and Teqball ambassador Ronaldinho makes headlines over the new content added to the International Federation of Teqball (FITEQ) online education platform.
FITEQ worked with Ronaldinho to produce the “R10 Edition” video series, which is an interactive training program.
There are also 12 new videos in the “Zero-to-Hero” section, which aims to build the basic skills of teqball.
“Book of Drills”, which introduces new training ideas and challenges to players and coaches, is another series that has been added to the catalog.
The update is aimed at both top players and grassroots football, says FITEQ.
FITEQ members now have access to 90 new videos in the Challenges section, including 30 training tasks that do not require a Teqball table, 30 for individual practice on a folded table and 30 units that a player can complete with a trainer.
The umbrella organization also recommends that players and coaches take the FITEQ Coaching Course Level Intro, a free online course.
FITEQ’s online education platform was first launched in September 2020 to support the development of athletes, coaches and referees with materials during the COVID-19 pandemic, when international travel was severely restricted and competitions were hard to come by.
