InfoSum introduces first-party data collaboration platform

July 28, 2022

In New York, data collaboration platform InfoSum has launched a first-party data and privacy solution called Platform Sigma, which the company says offers organizations the “most secure and secure” infrastructure for building and managing their own data cleanrooms.

InfoSum’s infrastructure enables businesses to collaborate across first- and second-party datasets, helping them create a single system of customer identity without ever moving data between parties.

Its new Platform Sigma solution is designed to enable the transformation, application, and analysis of first-party data without sharing or moving. It provides a software layer that can be stacked on top of any existing technology stack to enable private and secure collaboration between multiple first-party datasets. Included in the release is a file streaming solution based on customers’ cloud infrastructure that allows first-party data to be fully operationalized without moving.

In addition, the solution supports companies in the management, preparation, processing, query and activation of first-party data; while allowing third parties to build web apps directly on top of InfoSum’s infrastructure. Chairman and CEO Brian Lesser (pictured) comments: “Platform Sigma represents the next level in data collaboration, removing all barriers to entry for enterprise organizations to get the full value from their first-party data – safe and secure – risk-free and effortless limits.’
