The founder of the Kama Group of Companies, Dr. Micheal Agyekum Addo said terminating the employment contract of employees who misappropriated funds or engaged in bad behavior is not an aspect of his company culture.

The Kama Group founder, speaking at the Asaase Breakfast Show, stated, “Another thing that’s so unique about my style is the fact that I don’t fire anyone if you steal if you misbehave.”

“… I know that this is the philosophy of so many people; that the moment they found out that you were stealing, you embezzled, they fire you, I don’t fire you, but others, ”he explained.

He added, “I know people like that stay in my business for three weeks. They feel so uncomfortable that they leave themselves. Why am I not sagging? I am not firing because they misinterpret the public and misinform that he did nothing wrong and you just fired him.
