Travel company pledges support and opens platform for online donations

LAS VEGAS, September 30, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Allegiant Travel Company (NASDAQ: ALGT) posted one today $100,000 Donation to the American Red Cross as the nonprofit provides critical disaster relief to communities in the wake of Hurricane Ian.

The non-profit organization has more than 500 volunteers in the hardest hit areas in Florida, which provides life-saving assistance including shelter, food, water and other supplies to more than 60,000 victims. Hundreds of evacuation centers are open, providing shelter to more than 10,000 people displaced by the hurricane.
