It’s Global Entrepreneurship Week and Channel Eye has teamed up with Royston Guest, Leading Business Growth Coach and CEO/Founder of Pathways Global, to focus on the seven traits of success in the 21st century entrepreneur.
Each day for the next week we will be sharing each of the seven success traits for being a successful entrepreneur in the 21st century.
Day seven: #7 Culture is everything
Your competition will copy your products if they are good. They will copy your services and branding; You might even try to poach your people. However, there is one thing they will never be able to copy: their culture. Your culture is exactly what makes your company special, distinctive and unique. It’s your competitive edge and advantage.
You can achieve great things with a compelling purpose, the right people, the right culture, and values-driven behaviors. The strength of the team is each member. The strength of each member is the team. A leader-leader culture enables a high-performing team with open, inspiring and developmental feedback, the core of the DNA. If you love what you do and do what you love, it’s not work; you are authentically you. Make a positive difference, add value and leave a legacy.
Never a copy, always an original.
